CLINIC TEN SHIBUYA provides primary care services, including internal medicine, urology, and dermatology. We are honored to have received a Google rating of 4.6 based on over 1,000 patient reviews.

Our clinic offers outpatient consultations for travelers experiencing sudden illness while visiting Japan. This service is available by appointment only and is entirely self-paid. Consultation and prescription fees are charged at fixed rates, as outlined below. Please note that this service is not available to those with a valid Japanese health insurance card. Patients with Japanese health insurance are kindly requested to book a regular appointment via our official LINE account. (click here)

Medical Hours	We regularly open Monday to Saturday, 10:00-17:00 (except 13:00-14:00).

Please review the following before your visit:

• All treatments provided here are private medical care. Japanese health insurance is not accepted, except for overseas travel insurance for visitors. Please register and make your reservation via LINE (click here)
• We operate by appointment only. Due to our electronic medical record system, each reservation must be made for one person only. One appointment cannot cover multiple family members or groups.
• If you need a certificate in a specific format, please be sure to bring it with you when you visit. We do not issue receipts retroactively.
• Consultations are provided in English by our physician; however, please note that our reception and nursing staff do not speak English.

Price (Private medical care)

Total Medical Consultation: ¥55,000 (tax included)

This service is a comprehensive package that includes the consultation, prescription, medical certificate, and basic examinations and procedures.

※Please note:

– Medications charged separately at the pharmacy
– For cancellations made up to three hours before the scheduled appointment time, a fee of 50% will be applied.
– For cancellations made less than three hours before the scheduled appointment time, a fee of 100% will be applied.
– If you arrive late for your appointment, we may be unable to proceed with the consultation. In such cases, a fee of 100% will be applied.
