Clinic Introduction

Caring for Newborns from Day One: Comprehensive Childcare Consultation Support

The clinic welcomes newborns immediately following their discharge from the maternity hospital, ensuring that families have access to professional guidance from the very start of parenthood. Consultations are held every weekday in both morning and afternoon sessions. Dedicated consultation services are available across three specialty areas — constipation, eczema, and food allergies — with each concern addressed thoughtfully and individually. Developmental consultations for infants and young children are also provided, offering broad support for any anxieties parents may have regarding their child’s growth and development.

A Practice Built on Early Intervention and Preventive Medicine

Grounded in the belief that constipation responds more effectively to treatment when addressed promptly, the clinic actively encourages early consultation. The same principle applies to eczema, with a strong emphasis on initiating treatment during early infancy. Skincare guidance is provided with the prevention of food allergies in mind, and parents receive clear, practical instruction on both the introduction of solid foods and appropriate skincare routines — explained in an accessible, easy-to-follow manner that can be put into practice at home. This commitment to patient education is a fundamental pillar of the clinic’s care philosophy.

Your Childcare Questions and Concerns Are Always Welcome

On Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, the clinic offers “Hello Baby Clinic” (by appointment), a dedicated service in which physicians and midwives work together to address all manner of childcare-related questions. Topics ranging from vaccination scheduling to breastfeeding challenges are all warmly welcomed. No concern is too small — please do not hesitate to reach out, rather than facing your worries alone.

Clinic Introduction

A Community-Rooted Home Medical Care Clinic, Established in 2011

Aozora Home Care Clinic has served as a dedicated provider of home medical care in the community since its founding in 2011. Having marked its 10th anniversary in 2021, the clinic has built a long-standing track record of service in Okazaki City. Alongside the main clinic, four integrated departments operate under one roof: a visiting nursing and rehabilitation station, a day care center, and a residential care support office. Emergency telephone consultations and home visits are available around the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — including weekends and year-end holidays — ensuring that patients and their families can continue home-based care with complete peace of mind.

Enhanced Visiting Nursing Services and Comprehensive Care Through Four-Department Collaboration

In April 2017, the clinic received accreditation as an enhanced-function visiting nursing station, enabling it to deliver a higher standard of nursing services. The introduction of an electronic medical record system (Mobacal) allows for accurate and efficient management of clinical information, and since August 2023, the clinic has also supported outpatient registration via My Number Card. Starting August 2025, the clinic will begin accepting consultations regarding visiting medical services for care facilities. Working in close coordination with the day care center and residential care support office, the clinic provides an integrated framework encompassing medical care, rehabilitation, and long-term care support.

A Clinic Committed to Community and Society, Based in Oro-cho, Okazaki City

The clinic is located in Oro-cho, Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. Since relocating to its current site in 2014, it has continued to provide home medical care deeply rooted in the local community. Staff members actively contribute to education and public awareness, including delivering lectures at Okazaki City Nursing School and presenting at seminars for local care and welfare professionals. The clinic is also committed to social contribution beyond its immediate community, maintaining ongoing donation efforts in support of disaster-affected areas across Japan — including the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake and the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake.
