About us

CLINIC TEN SHIBUYA is an English-speaking clinic in Shibuya, Tokyo, providing self-pay primary care and outpatient medical consultations for international visitors and travelers who become sick or need medical care while visiting Japan. As a general rule, this service is offered at fixed rates, as outlined below.

Our clinic provides medical consultations, treatment, and prescriptions for international visitors with common symptoms related to general internal medicine, urology, dermatology, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs/STDs). We commonly see patients with cold symptoms, fever, sore throat, cough, stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea, skin rash, insect bites, itching, urinary symptoms, painful urination, minor infections, swelling, and pain relief needs. When appropriate, prescriptions may include antibiotics, pain relievers, or other medications.

Same-day appointments may be available, and walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability.

Please note that this service is not available to those with a valid Japanese health insurance card. Patients with Japanese health insurance are kindly requested to book a regular appointment via our official LINE account. (click here)

PLAN B : Total Medical Consultation: ¥33,000 (tax included)

This service is a comprehensive package that includes the consultation, prescription, and basic examinations and procedures.

Option(tax included)

・Medical certificate: ¥22,000
・Referral letter: ¥11,000

※Please note:

– Medications charged separately at the pharmacy
– For cancellations made up to three hours before the scheduled appointment time, a fee of 50% will be applied.
– For cancellations made less than three hours before the scheduled appointment time, a fee of 100% will be applied.
– If you arrive late for your appointment, we may be unable to proceed with the consultation. In such cases, a fee of 100% will be applied.

Reservation

Please submit your appointment request using the form below. 
You are also welcome to visit the clinic directly. However, immediate consultation may not be available depending on the reservation schedule at the time of your visit. In such cases, we will be happy to guide you to the earliest available appointment time.
