Pre-interview to improve
the quality of dialogue
In order to ensure a thorough dialogue within the limited consultation time, we ask that you fill out a preliminary questionnaire (1-2 minutes) online about your symptoms and lifestyle habits. The more detailed you provide in the preliminary questionnaire, the higher the quality of the conversation you will have with the doctor in the examination room.

Our clinic accepts credit card payments for insurance-covered medical treatment. Payment will be deducted from the credit card you registered at the time of reception, so you can leave immediately after your consultation without having to wait to pay.
Follow-up

After your consultation, we will send you a summary of your consultation, along with any comments from the doctor, via LINE. You can calmly review your condition and review it at any time to see if there are any situations that require another visit. In addition, if you register as a friend on LINE, you can receive contact from the hospital and have two-way communication with patients with questions.

He graduated from the School of Medicine, University of Tsukuba, and received the President’s Award while still a student, and studied abroad in the U.S. on a government scholarship. He joined the Department of Urology at the National Hospital Organization Tokyo Medical Center, and served as an assistant professor in the Department of Urology at the Harvard University ICRT Program Japan and Saitama Medical University International Medical Center, before becoming a researcher at the Clinical Research Center of the Tokyo Medical Center.
