In April 2024, it further expanded its offerings with the establishment of a new medical care unit for long-term care (介護医療院). The hospital is committed to meeting a wide range of healthcare needs, and its pediatric department holds 星期六 clinics to accommodate patients who find it difficult to visit on weekdays. Services are available in four languages — English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean — ensuring that patients from diverse backgrounds can receive care with confidence.
Strengthening Clinical Services Through a Regional Medical Network and Healthcare Digital Transformation
Outpatient consultations are conducted Monday through Friday, with a broad spectrum of services including inpatient care, health checkups, and home visit programs. The hospital collaborates with Nanjimi Clinic and other local providers to build a regional care network, enabling patients to receive continuous medical support. As of April 2025, the hospital has adopted the Healthcare Digital Transformation Promotion Infrastructure Development surcharge, and actively supports workforce development through the Wajima City Medical Professional Scholarship Loan Program.
