At our affiliated outpatient rehabilitation center, “Day Care Tamayura,” we provide individualized programs tailored to each participant’s physical condition and personal goals. Through a diverse range of activities — including therapeutic exercise, hobby-based engagement, and machine-assisted training — we place great importance on maintaining and restoring activities of daily living (ADL) and ensuring quality of life (QOL). With a facility capacity of 35 participants, our multidisciplinary team of certified care workers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and nurses works in close coordination to support the continuity of home-based care.
