Our clinic operates on a completely online reservation system. There’s no need for complicated membership registration; simply connect with LINE and add us as a friend to complete your reservation in just one minute.
Select your medical specialty and choose your desired time slot from the available slots. After making a reservation, you will be asked to answer a medical questionnaire. This allows the doctor to understand your condition before the consultation begins, allowing you to be seen immediately after arriving at the clinic.

*As we provide individual examination rooms for each patient, we ask that you arrive on time. If you cancel multiple times without notice or at the last minute, which violates our cancellation policy, we may restrict your use of our reservation system.

Please submit your credit card and insurance card at the reception desk. Unlike regular clinics where patients enter a room where a doctor is present, we have patients reserve a room and then guide them directly to the examination room where the doctor will visit them. There is no need to fill out a medical questionnaire or wait in the waiting room.

Post-payment: There is no need to wait to pay after the consultation. Payment will be debited from the credit card registered at the time of your visit. The card information registered at your first visit can be used thereafter.

After the consultation, a summary of the consultation, including comments from the doctor, will be sent via LINE. You can review the diagnosis, the doctor’s advice, and any circumstances that require another visit at any time.

In addition, if you register as a friend on LINE, you can receive notifications from the hospital and receive questions from patients, allowing for two-way communication.
